Meditation Enhances Your Intuition

In today’s podcast, ⤴️ I'm talking about Intuition and how meditation can enhance your intuition. 

I like to think of Intuition is the highest form of intelligence. 😉

I rely on my intuition on a daily basis. It's kind of like building muscle. When I consistently meditate, especially twice a day, my intuition gets even more fine-tuned. So if I get overwhelmed when trying to make a decision, I can really start to "listen" in meditation and become guided in the right direction. 

Intuition can come in the form of hunches, ideas, or even sudden sparks of genius.  Have you noticed that some of your best ideas and decisions hit you when you're in a relaxed state like when you're in the shower and you wish you could write down your latest genius idea or when you're on a walk? THIS is our intuition.

Even if you feel like you've lost your connection, you can always tap into your "Inner GPS". You can always reconnect.

I like to say that intuition is that feeling that"You know that you know that you know." 

For many of us, it's easy to push our intuition aside and try to bury it. In my experience, the more I meditate, the more my intuition gets developed.

We all have access to this kind of guidance from our intuition at our fingertips once we learn how to recognize it. I’d love to introduce you to a wonderful book that I’ve been reading, Your Inner GPS by Zen Cryar DeBrucke .
